• In-depth knowledge of marketing and advertising methods and tactics
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Lushness Media is currently seeking a Social Media Manager.

The Social Media Manager position is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring Lushness’ social media strategies in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

• 5 years of experience as a social media professional or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram,YouTube and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Efficient Ad campaign management
