Meet Dr. Miller!
Dr. Rachel Miller is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with over a decade of clinical experience in women's health. Currently serving as an OB/GYN hospitalist at Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC, she brings extensive expertise in obstetrics, gynecology, and healthcare leadership. As a former Women's department lead, Dr. Miller helped with several impactful initiatives. Her clinical expertise includes advanced surgical techniques with DaVinci robotic certification. As former Women's Service Line Physician Lead at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Dr. Miller established the OB hospitalist program, developed the OB emergency department, and created innovative protocols for postpartum hypertension management and outpatient cervical ripening.
Dr. Miller extends her medical expertise into executive coaching and healthcare leadership consulting, working with organizations of all sizes and providing strategic guidance to leaders from department heads to C-suite executives.
As a certified executive coach, she helps healthcare leaders optimize medical services while maintaining patient-centered care.Her medical insights have been featured in prominent publications including Care.com, Parents, The Bump, Insider, Good Rx, Medium, and Practice Link, where she provides evidence-based guidance on women's health topics. Dr. Miller earned her MD from East Carolina University's Brody School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at Vidant Health. She maintains current certifications ensuring excellence in women's healthcare delivery. As a practicing physician and healthcare leader, Dr. Miller combines clinical expertise with strategic vision, making complex medical topics accessible while empowering women to make informed healthcare decisions throughout all stages of life.
